FINDNG OUT ABOUT MRS JONES

We worked with a buddy on the iPads using Book Creator to make a 'mini' book, called

                                           'FINDING OUT ABOUT MRS JONES'.

We  each recorded our question which we wanted Mrs Jones to answer.

We then got Mrs Jones to answer each of our questions.

THANK YOU MRS JONES FOR ANSWERING SOOOOO MANY QUESTIONS.

Our classroom visitor...... Bronwyn told us this was a female weta. She must be a weta expert!

CIRCLES Maths Group

The Circle Maths Group show us how to work co-operatively.

They were learning to match the number sentence to the correct answer up to 10.

We are loving gymnastics....our balance, strength and flexibility                                                is improving.

What to do on a wet yuckky morning before school?

Before school on wet mornings the large box of milk bottle tops are begin put to good use.

Its' great to see team work happening.   

Who ever thought milk bottle tops could provide so much fun?

We also use our tops for solving problems in maths.

Maybe each family could collect some for themselves.

We have started GYMNASTICS with term with our expert teacher named Rod.  

Rod  comes from Tri Star Gymnastics and will teach us each Tuesday.  

Today our main skill was to jump and land CORRECTLY,

             in a ' riding a motor bike' position .....

......bent knees, straight strong arms, and head looking straight ahead.
