We looked at shapes to find one half.
We used equipment to help find one half of a number.
We chose a number which ended with a 2, 4, 6, 8 or 0,
then counted out equipment for that number.
We discovered any number which ends with 2, 4, 6, 8 or 0 could be made into two equal groups....two halves

Looks like we use maths... EVERYWHERE!!
ReplyDeleteI love your counting Room 4, and making equal shares into 2 halves is just what Room 1 are starting to do. Perhaps we could buddy up and you could help us with our sharing?!
