Meet the Toy Designers of Room 4

WOW...Room 4 children are fantastic designers!
Today was the final day of our Inquiry learning around the theme of PUSH AND PULL.
Everyone was successful  with the design and construction a push or pull toy.

The brief to be successful was brief....
'My toy needs to be able to move
with a push or pull movement.'

First we drew the design, then listed the materials to use.
Next, was the construction stage and quite a lot of 'modification'. (which is what designers do!)

BIG THANK YOU to  Amanda (Nicholas' mum),
Malisha and Paresh (Diya's mum and dad)
  and Radee who helped us.

Also thank you to Room 3 for letting us share our toy making with you. Thank you for asking us questions how we constructed our toys.

  1. Thank you Room 4 for letting us be a part of your toy making! It was so much fun watching you design and then make your toys. We loved how you were really thinking about what part of your toys were going to be pushing and pulling and how you gave us clear instructions on what you wanted help what. What we enjoyed the most however was being in the class with such polite, patient and kind students :) Fantastic work room 4. Malisha and Paresh

    1. Thank you so much Malisha and Paresh for coming and helping us with our toy making. We all learnt sometimes what we design doesn't always work, but it's OK to make changes or modify it.
WE are trying so hard to be kind and patient and work as a TEAM!
