WETAS Reading Group

Ari, Jaimie and Roman have been busy in their reading group finding out about NEWS. They learnt how news was shared in the past and how it can be shared in present day.

Their task was then to organise their information using the Popplet app on the ipads.

Working Together In A Group

Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon during our Developmental Programme we work on a Key Competency.  Today, within Participating and Contributing  we had to use skills to work with a group.

Dance Dance Dance

Marina from Auckland Dance has been teaching us how to make different body shapes, as well as repeating patterns.  Check out our dance.  We think we our performance was lively and entertaining.

Cornwallis Beach Trip

Cornwallis Beach.  We swam, we played, we ate, we laughed, we built sand sculptures and then finally we went home.

Our Jigsaw Art To Show We Are All Connected

After we created our own jigsaw piece we put the puzzle together piece by piece.

WOW.....it looked fantastic.

We talked how our own piece linked onto other puzzle pieces.

This helped us understand how everybody needs to support each other within 

Room 4..... as a person and as a learner.
